- Peak Seasons & Public Holidays: For peak travel periods (New Year, Songkran Festival, national long weekends), cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable, as airfare, high-speed train tickets, and hotel rooms are prepaid and non-refundable.
- Voluntary Service Forfeiture: Should a traveler choose not to participate in any included excursion, meal, hotel night, or scheduled transfer, this is deemed a voluntary forfeiture; no partial refunds or credits will be provided.
- Immigration & Border Clearance (Outbound Tours): Acceptance of entry and exit across international borders (Laos, China, Myanmar) rests strictly under the authority of government immigration officers. If a traveler is denied border passage or visa entry, iChiangrai Co., Ltd. cannot be held liable and no refunds can be issued.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): Standard published package rates are exclusive of 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax for corporate entities requesting official tax invoices.
